It would be much appreciated to have 24 hour’s notice, but I do understand circumstances change so if late cancellation is required, please let me know before 8am.
Although I do not charge a cancellation fee, full payment is required if a dog is not home at the stated time or access is denied to your home for example keys left in a door.
This is dependent on availability and individual circumstances. The best effort will be made to always accommodate you and your dog(s). Weekend walks are also available before 1pm.
You can choose your desired walk time whether it is 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. Any other requirement can be discussed at our initial meeting.

I only pack walk if there are suitable dog breeds requiring the same day and time and with agreement from you.
Yes absolutely, any training methods you have started will be discussed at our first meeting.
I am happy to update after each walk via WhatsApp including pictures and videos.
Yes, I am happy to walk your dog off lead if good recall skills are in place and a waiver form signed.
Dogs can be walked in the immediate locality straight from your home or transported within a vehicle using all necessary restraints. Cages are not currently used.
I always walk in the rain and snow unless there is an adverse weather warning. Please let me know if your dog has ever had a bad reaction to storms.
